Buddy was rescued from a kill shelter in Ky and was abused and strarved when they found him. He is now UTD on shots on HW preventive and very healty. Buddy is totally blind and cannot be repaired with surgery. He was born this way but dont let that stop you from considering him because it does not slow him down at all. He is very active and loves to go on walks with your help.
